How To Triumph Over Winter Blues

Good Afternoon Dear Readers, Emma here with warming thoughts on a chilly Chicago day. I do believe I've known warmer summers in London. Such a curious state of affairs. I've begun shaking the mothballs from from my winter wear-a necessary activity when one considers the frosty temperature of my friend Tobby's home here in Chicago. I dare say, last visit to tea found my knickers completely frozen to the chair...

Today I thought I'd like to share a useful suggestion to keep up one's spirits in the face of dwindling daylight doldrums. The fountain from which all things emanate is:

METABOLICS....... no, not "beyond bullocks..." rather your nutritional state and intake. Since you will not, unfortunately, have all the requisite nutritional needs met with fruit and vegetable intake alone, a full spectrum vitamin supplement is crucial. Tobby's recommendation which I forward to you is Life Pak Nano, by Pharmanex. Why, you ask? Because it has: 1) enhanced molecular delivery-that is to say, every ingredient is easily absorbed by the body, 2) it offers the best protection against colds and flu viruses, and last but not least, 3) it is pure anti-aging nutrition that is substantiated by science.

Yes, I realize this is a shameless commercial display, but I agreed to it only because the science behind it is so impressive and because Tobby has won a contest for having the most improved antioxidant score in Chicago from using Life Pak Nano. Seeing is believing. Ask her how to find out your score today. tobbynuskin@gmail.com

Stay warm boys and girls. Emma out.

Have A Thrilling Holiday Weekend

Hello Dear Friends, and American "cousins." I hope you're out and about enjoying this glorious weather. You know, on days like this back home in London, one could observe things almost as astonishing as one might see here on the streets of Chicago. We have a place called Hyde Park in London as well, where on the first glimpse of sun poking through the fog, one may observe people strewn about the ground, shirts open, hats off, stretching and craning their necks for the slightest glimmer of sunshine warmth. It's as if time stands still and on cue, people fall to the ground in worship of that seldom seen orb of brilliance while ripping open clothes like first time lovers in the whirlwind of passion. How delicious, the feel of the sun upon one's exposed body. How marvelous the crisp sounds of summer heard through closed eyes. Ah, and how quickly our mere mortal skin fries and sizzles like sausages on a red hot griddle. Did you forget your sunscreen, darlings? Unthinkable!

Enter: Sunright Bodyblock by NuSkin. Enjoy protection against UVA and UVB radiation. "Why bother?", you might ask. Excellent question. The answer is, of course, the disappearing ozone layer and the severe repercussions of sun over exposure. I presume you are already well aware of this. Yes? Therefore, if you care to enjoy many healthy moments of precious summer weather, take heed and slather yourself up with some UV protection with Sunright Bodyblock, the non-greasy, water resistant formulation with SeaLastin harvested from seaweed to protect collagen and elastin in your skin. Why age before your time, for heaven sake? Buy it now from our friend, Tobby, at www.tobby.nsedreams.com

What can I tell you...Tobby's skin, thanks to NuSkin science, is ravishing. She tells me daily that it is never too late to repair, reverse and prevent aging. If you're looking for a lucrative business opportunity, you may contact Tobby at: tobbynuskin@gmail.com.

Daring and Darling Mrs. Peel Hitch-Hikes to Provo Utah

Good day to you all. Oh yes indeed, Provo, Utah...now where on earth am I?

Well, life was indeed dull after leaving the Ministry until making acquaintance with Tobby Fried. I am happy to report that I have re-gained the spirit of adventure.

Upon accepting an intriguing invitation to attend Team Elite University in Provo, in order to experience "millionaire training,"
we found ourselves simply stranded at the airport in Salt Lake City. We missed our shuttle to the hotel. Tobby then suggested that we "manifest a lift" to Provo. Now then, I must tell you, Dear Reader, I'm well-versed in the art of "man-handling," but quite new to the concept of "man-i-festing." Once again I say, "what on earth..." America is home to an interesting people.

"We'll just go over by the car rental area and see who's going to Provo," said Tobby

"Quite right, let us not linger.....shall we?" said I.

Within 15 seconds we were riding in the brightest yellow automobile I've seen since the 1960's. And so we "manifested" Cynthia and a pleasant, if not enjoyable ride to the very front door of our hotel in Provo. Nicely done, Tobby.

What I must share from the weekend was an interesting lecture by a physicist from Pharmanex, a division of NuSkin. It is in regards to a product called Ai/E10 Ultra, an amazing immune system booster.
Why it's beneficial and why you may wish to have some at hand, is that it aids in T-cell communication(T-cells are like the "email" of the body sending messages to other killer cells to give the "one-two" to invading organisms...) The base is several proprietary blends of Colostrum. This is not for the lactose intolerant. Those who are, will find satisfaction and benefit in a formulation called ReishiMax which is made from mushrooms. After less than one week of use, Tobby's friends report relief from signs of arthritis and fatigue, as well as a renewed sense of mental acuity. I would be taking it myself if I still had a body... Do go to Tobby's website and buy some today. Do this now to avoid being a malfunctioning Cybernaut ...

Enjoy every minute as I once did and you will be blessed with fun and laughter.

Until we meet again,

Emma Peel

Confessions of Secret Agent Emma Peel

There are things that will remain hush-hush per the loyalty oath to the Ministry, but this much I will tell you. The secret behind my fountain of youth was shared with me via a time warp in which I stumbled upon my American friend, Tobby Fried. She was demonstrating the Galvanic Spa referrred to in a previous posting here. I caught the last remnants of the conversation relative to a revolutionary skincare product called "True Face Essence Ultra."

You see it has a proprietary ingredient called ethocyn which actually restores the elastin in your skin to the levels enjoyed when one was 20 years of age. It is naturally guaranteed to fulfill on this promise when used once in the morning and once in the evening before retiring. Simply apply this fine and light serum to your face for 30 days and your elastin levels are restored and aging is kept at bay. Do follow up on the research yourself if you should have the slightest doubt. You must purchase a jar and see for yourself. Order here.

View product here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WoOgoYsv9U won't you?

It will make you want to do this:

Emma's Advice on Male Management

Good Morning Everyone, Emma Here,

So delighted to be hosting on this marvelous thing called cyberspace. Although I've always been ahead of my time, I did not anticipate this dimension of space. It is so convenient. Tobby Fried and I were chatting over a glass of champagne last evening when she asked me about the proper way to handle, let us say, a "wayward" man. Of course, I was delighted since this is, after all, is one of my most developed areas of expertise. Since it is common knowledge that a picture is worth a thousand words, I refer you now to observe this illustration sub categorized by me for your convenience and education:

Valentine Memo From Mrs. Peel

Ladies, I implore you to attend a clever fund raising event for a marvelous organization called: Causes For Change. You simply bring your unwanted jewelry, donate it to Causes, select some other treasure to take home, and in the meantime, enjoy a lovely cup of tea and some sort of chocolate tid-bit. It takes place from 1-4:00pm on Valentine's Day, February 14th, naturally.

I can't think of a more pleasant way to spend the afternoon besides hunting down scoundrels and rogues and setting them straight with a few well-placed, albeit lady-like judo chops to the neck and back. Most effective, wouldn't you agree?

Do join us by sending Tobby an email, email, hmmm......such a convenient, modern day contrivance-the colonists have done a fine job with that one! www.tobby.fried@sbcglobal.net

Be sure to wear something with a little panache.

See you there, then!

Mrs. Peel Discovers Anti-Aging

Emma here. Tobby is taking the day off. I tried the Galvanic Spa and was amazed by the instant results. In 10 minutes I looked 5 years younger. Naturally I called Steed and instructed him to come over forthwith.

"Steed?"

"Yes Mrs. Peel?"

"Do you notice anything unusual about me?"

"Stunning as usual, Mrs. Peel."

He gives me a long, slow once over with his sly blue eyes. "Why Mrs. Peel. Whatever have you done with your face? You look positively radiant! How did your eyebrows get higher? And your laugh lines. They're gone Mrs. Peel."

I hand Steed the Galvanic kit I just purchased from my friend, Tobby Fried. "It's quite simple really. You put the gel on your face. Press a button. Glide the little wrinke iron device across your face and 'Bye Bye' lines and wrinkles. It no fuss. No surgery!"

"Shall we go to lunch Mrs. Peel? I do love to be seen about town with a younger woman."

Emma Goes to Networlding

Emma and I were chatting it up at Starbucks this morning and I was telling her about my amazing weekend at a writers' retreat with my good friend, Melissa Giovagnoli. "You know, Emma, you really must meet my friend, Melissa and talk to her about Networlding now that you are living in the US. She can show you the "ins" and "outs" in the networking world and make introductions for you. That is of course if you want to come out of retirement.?"

"Well Tobby, I've actually been toying with trying something in the new world so to speak. I have several ideas. How would one go about contacting Ms. Giovagnoli? You said she could give me some . . . what do you call it in America these days? Coaching, of course, with regards to writing my memoirs?"

"Oh, that's easy. Just go to www.networlding.com. She will be most happy to help you." I shared.

"Splendid!"

. . . . . .

Do you have a splendid service or product you would like Emma to review? Please be advised Mrs. Peel, Emma, is very discerning but welcomes you to send me information on the merits of your products or services. If Emma chooses to do a review on something you have shared with us, I will notify you prior to the review going up on my blog. I welcome you to send me your information to tobby.fried@sbcglobal.net.

Emma Peel in Action!

When I was a little girl back in the 60's who were the strong female role models? I can think of one. There were comedic characters like Lucy, Gidget and Samantha from "Bewitched," not women a girl could emulate.

But, by 1965, an unusual British spoof, "The Avengers," made its appearance in the US. At last, Emma Peel emerged. She was sexy, brilliant, resourceful, powerful and funny--all the characteristics usually packaged as men like Clark Gable, Humphrey Bogart and Cary Grant but now seen in the svelte body of Secret Agent, Emma Peel.

Until a friend surprised me with all 51 episodes of "The Avengers" I did not realize the influence she had over my life. Secretly I admired most of all her wit, poise and confidence--the same qualities I would like to see more women develop.

I recently published my first book entitled, 50 Ways to Grow Confidence. It is a step-by-step process to develop your confidence muscles. I believe Emma would be proud.
